A return or refund request will be approved only if all conditions below are met:

The video must be recorded while opening the parcel for the first time
✅ Refund / Replacement Will Be Provided ONLY in These Cases
1️⃣ Wrong Product / Size / Variant Received

Video proof is mandatory

You may choose either:

Free replacement (delivery in 5–9 business days), OR

Full refund to the original payment method

2️⃣ Damaged Product Received

Damage must be clearly visible in the opening video

You may choose either:

Free replacement (delivery in 5–9 business days), OR

Full refund to the original payment method

3️⃣ Order Lost in Transit

If the order is officially confirmed as lost by the courier partner

You may choose either:

Free replacement, OR
-
Full refund

⏳ Delayed Orders
If an order is delayed beyond 15 business days due to reasons outside our control (courier delays, logistics issues, public holidays, etc.):

A compensation store credit will be issued as a coupon code

Cash refunds will NOT be provided for delivery delays
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted if:

Request is raised after 5 days of delivery

No opening video proof is provided

Video is edited, cut, blurred, or unclear

Wrong product or size was ordered by the customer

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution
Returns are also not accepted if the order fails due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

Refusal to accept the parcel
📦 In such cases, reshipping charges must be borne by the customer.
